Mookie is a writer and activist. Her voice on social media and in her community has been loud. As she develops her own journey, she aims to celebrate Black women, like herself as well as Black communities, while she educates a “rainbow nation” on how we dismantle white supremacy.
Mookie’s Story
Mookie grew up in majority white spaces and grappled with her place in the world. Her love for Malcolm X and her family’s fierce influence shaped her worldview and now, as a mother, an activist, businesswoman and a writer, she aims to be an agent of change.

Mookie The Magnificent is more than one woman. it’s a vibration, a collective of humans who want to disrupt systemic racism and work toward a better future together. MTM is all about getting educated, getting involved and being a participant on the journey of radical reform and justice.
